7th 8th Practice Schedule Spring 2022 (click here)

U14 (7th and 8th graders) will be divided into two teams for games.  Teams will be selected before April 9th.

ALWAYS WEAR PINNIES TO PRACTICE & GAMES.  FOR GAMES WEAR Black shorts or Black tights

PRACTICE LOCATION:

Lake Forest Academy, 1500 Kennedy Rd. (Townline Rd), Lake Forest.  Take Academy Road all the way to the back of the campus- you will see multiple athletic fields.  Enter “Glore Gym & Pool” into Google Maps or Waze to get you to the athletic fields.  Specific dropoff and pickup instructions will be emailed next week.

DATES:

Regular Practices :Mondays & Wednesdays

Games: Saturday….will be posted soon

Outdoor Practices begin: March 28th – May 25th, 4:30pm -6:00pm

Please pick up and drop off players in a timely manner! 6:00pm PICKUP

All team fees include: 2 team practice per week, 7 Saturday league games, and pinnies.

Players are responsible for their own equipment (Lacrosse stick, mouthguard, cleats, and goggles)

Overview

The U15 Bandits 7th & 8th grade team is our most advanced program.  The girls will be instructed in the fundamentals of lacrosse and higher level concepts, in a fun and positive manner.  Positive coaching, teamwork, best effort, good attitude, and not being afraid to make mistakes will be focused upon.  The U15 team will be the Bandits most competitive team.  Players will begin to prepare for high school lacrosse.  The Bandits general Team program is a competitive and developmental lacrosse experience that provides players with the tools to develop their fundamental skills as well as individual concepts necessary to take their game to the next level. Younger girls may play up on this level if their skills are comparable to U15 skill levels.
