Caroline Tesar..Head Coach / Director of Coaches
Lake Bluff, Illinois
Northwestern University graduate. Played lacrosse on two National Championship teams. High school All-American and multiple State Championships at Loyola Academy. She helped launch the Bandits in 2014 before moving out of the area. She returned in 2018 and has coached all levels at the Bandits. She is currently a teacher and lives in Lake Bluff with her two children.
Elizabeth O’Connor, Head Coach
Lake Bluff, Illinois
Boston College graduate. Played lacrosse and was Captain of the Boston College team. Loyola Academy as a player and as an assistant Varsity coach on the girls State Championship lacrosse teams. Elizabeth lives in Lake Bluff with her husband Ben and three children.
Jenna Zilka….Coach
Lake Forest, Illinois
Jenna has coached with the Bandits beginning Spring 2021 when she was a coach for the 4th grade Bandits. Fall 2021 Jenna moved over to help coach of the 5th/6th grade Bandits. Spring 2024, Jenna assisted at various levels. Prior to Bandits, Jenna was an Assistant coach Girls Lacrosse at Lake Forest High School. Jenna was an All Star goalie for the Lake Forest Scouts State Championship team! Jenna lives in Lake Forest with her husband, John, and their four children.

Lake Forest College Women’s Lacrosse Players have been helping coach the Bandits for three years. Also coaching are Lake Forest College Athletes—-
Savannah (4 years), Sami (3 years), Maeve (3 years), Cass (4 years), Sophie (3 years), Macy (2 years), Claire (3 years), and many other D3 college players helping coach.
