Opportunities offered for younger 4th grade girls

The Bandits are considering expanding down to the 4th grade level due to the success and abilities displayed by this younger group at our Winter Clinics. Coach says, “ These young ones are an eager and fun group of beginner lacrosse players. We’d love for them to become future Bandits.”

There is a new league the older Bandits are in that have 4th/5th grade U11 teams available for competition…. We would suggest a modified game scenario to help slowly acclimate the young players (4th grade) to the competitive experience. We want to build on positive experience!

Bandits join NSCL Conference for Spring!

We’d like to invite your daughter to play with The Bandits Lacrosse program this spring where we will be fielding three teams.  As a result of our first year’s success, the Bandits have plenty of opportunities for competitions in the spring.  We are excited to be joining the North Shore Lacrosse Conference (NSLC) providing us the opportunity to play 6-8 games.

Over the past year, we have established ourselves as a highly respected community based youth lacrosse club. We appreciate our community’s faith and confidence in our ability to deliver an awesome lacrosse experience for our local girls. Our coaches and parents have been amazed at the overall development of the skills of our players in the Bandits program. This fall, our Bandits were trained by Coach “Cat” Catanzaro, Head Coach of the Lake Forest Girls’ Varsity Lacrosse Team, along with many of her varsity lacrosse players. Although our program primarily emphasizes effort, developing lacrosse skills, gaining confidence, and having fun—more so than our won/loss record—winning a large local tournament this fall was an exciting experience for our girls!

We hope you are as pleased and excited as we are with the direction of our program and we look forward to your participation and support.  This year we are opening an early registration and requesting a deposit in January so that we can have custom uniforms ordered in time for the spring season.  Please watch your email for Saturday winter clinics in January. Thank you again.

Happy Holidays & Kindest Regards,

John Lazzaretto & Kevin Robinson

Bandits well represented in year end Tourney

  • Loyola Academy host The Midwest Showcase Lacrosse Tournament
  • On November 8-9 at their Glenview Sports Campus, Loyola Academy hosted their year end tourney.   The Bandits were well represented in this large Midwest Showcase. Several of our girls played for their respective Elite Travel teams and a number of our older Bandits were recruited to play for the host team’s Jr. High team.  They all did fantastic under some severe conditions…… cold weather and high winds. Congratulations Bandits!  Way to represent!
